Kim has built a referral-driven business that has stood the test of shifting markets, changing consumer expectations, and three decades of industry evolution. Her career includes leadership roles at Keller Williams and @properties|Christies International Real Estate before making the move to eXp Realty, a transition she will unpack as she shares what ultimately drew her to the model.
